Branch Annual General Meeting 2010

This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 26 March 2010, at 7.30pm.
The AGM will be held at the Novotel Hotel, Grey Friars Road, Ipswich, IP1 1UP (see map and directions below).
We will be running a quiz during the AGM with cash prizes; there will also be a buffet and limited free drinks.
To help with the catering numbers could you please give an indication that you will be attending the by returning the form included with the AGM noice that has been sent to members.
If you wish to enter a team for the quiz you can enter on the night, or fill in the form with the AGM notice.
If numbers permit we will be organising transport from the larger centres in our Branch area. Again if you want transport please indicate this on the form.
Directions:
By car: From the interchange of the A12 and A14 at Copdock, take the next slip road (the A137, signposted Ipswich Town Centre and Docks), follow the road for 2 miles.
By train: The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Ipswich Railway Station.
By bus: The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Old Cattle Market Bus Station.
