BT: Changes to MCC Matching Process

BT has announced it’s intention to introduce changes to the MCC matching Process. Currently this is an automatic process which has the effect of matching MCC people to lots of roles that they cannot do. This has been very dispiriting for the MCC people.
There will now be human intervention from the Internal Recruitment Team who will carry out an “intelligent” match based on skills, grade/role and location.
This would appear to be a beneficial development with the MCC person in direct contact with an individual from the recruitment team. This will enable the MCC person to ask questions about the role/requirements and discuss any adjustments needed.
